Just wanted to express my thanks for the outstanding Fire Warden training laid on at Stratton House today.

I was impressed a couple of years ago with the improved standard of training – but today was another level.

The session was overseen by Clint. Ex army and ex fireman – all the life skills and experience to cascade the right information. No jargon , no nonsense , interactive, role play, engaging and very interesting.

Hands on with the fire extinguishers is always a winner, he made it as much fun as it could be – but in his approach the bottom line was serious about becoming a FW.

As an NHS employee of 20+ years and a manager who sends staff year on year to variety of training, it was good to know what staff are getting out of it .
